Working alongside Bouygues, ECE prepared a competitive tender bid and alternative design proposals to successfully secure this project for London & Quadrant, enabling them to refresh the scheme and meet their latest requirements.
The proposals include a new 45,000 sq ft commercial space, multi-deck car parking, 15 storey landmark residential tower, 8/9 storey residential block and 406 residential units.
The design team utilised a collaborative BIM workflow to achieve a coordinated information package consistent with BIM Level 2. The benefits of this approach have ensured the timely delivery of a fully coordinated design package.
