Our 2024 Social Value Highlights
At ECE, we believe supporting our local communities and investing in education is essential to creating a lasting, positive impact. By sharing our knowledge and experience, we aim to inspire the next generation of architects and planners while contributing to the well-being of the communities we work in. Whether through mentoring, work experience, or pro bono projects, we see these efforts as an important part of our responsibility to help shape a better future for all.
Our Social Value Contribution in 2024
In 2024, ECE Group dedicated 561 hours to delivering social value, equating to £59,800 of support for charities, schools, and local communities.
Over the year, our team contributed 120 hours of pro bono work to three local non-profit organisations and charities, while also spending 33 hours mentoring university students. We were pleased to welcome 15 students into our studios for work experience and continued to support 3 RIBA apprentices on their professional journeys.
We visited 7 schools, colleges, and universities, sharing insights into planning, construction, and architecture to help inspire the next generation. In addition, our fundraising efforts raised over £10,000 for our chosen charities of the year: Chestnut Tree House and Spinal Research UK.
These activities reflect our ongoing commitment to supporting people, education, and our local communities. Thank you to our entire team who have been instrumental in delivering this social value.
