Toine joined ECE in 2018, shortly after completing his RIBA Part III Architect qualification at the University of Brighton, where he also completed his Part I and Part II qualifications.

Since joining ECE, Toine has been a key part of project teams on a range of educational, residential, commercial and mixed use projects. Using his knowledge of BIM, he has been responsible for the production of drawing packages throughout the RIBA work stages. This has included planning applications, technical packages, construction information, and a variety of presentation documents.

Toine is a Certified Passivhaus Designer and has been the lead Architect on projects involving initial design concepts, planning application packages, production of technical information and on-site construction information.
