The team is managed by Till Scherer, James Wainwright, Andy Bremerkamp and Lee Warr, delivering high-quality projects that help our private and public sector clients secure real tangible benefits in the form of commercial targets, sustainable outcomes and indeed a combination of both without one compromising the other. This is achieved by the team having an in-depth understanding of a client’s true requirements and the impact that our design decisions have on both project cost and building performance.
