The project has been led by Daniel Weston, who has been really responsive and diligent throughout the RIBA (1-3) design stages. The Passivhaus design for Victoria Road is truly impressive and will fit in well with the character of the local area, due to Dan's attention to detail. The design is contemporary but mimics some of the period features in the locality i.e. mansard roof etc. and looks fabulous. I am hopeful we will be able to enter the scheme into a design/ Passivhaus award or two. Well done Dan!
